What we are, plainly
Here is what you are actually hiring.
Both cities and the towns within about 25 miles: Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Easley, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Fountain Inn, Boiling Springs, Duncan and Powdersville.
Wooded lots cleared, yards and house pads finish-graded, driveways and drainage put in before the sod goes down.
Every estimate starts with the ground itself: the slope, the soil, the access and where the water goes.
Most washed-out drives, wet yards and failed grades are a water problem. We fix where it comes from, not just the damage.
An excavator with a thumb for clearing and digging, a compact track loader for grading, and the trailer to move them between jobs.

How a job runs
Five steps, in the order they happen.
You call, text or send the form
The town and what is going on with the property is enough to start. Photos help.
We look at the property
Slope, soil, drainage, access for the machines and anything in the way.
You get a price
The work, the materials and the timing, before anything starts.
We do the work
Cleared, graded, drained or graveled, with the water sent where it belongs.
Cleanup
The site is left clean and ready for seed, stone or the next trade.
What we will tell you straight
The things an estimate usually leaves out.
Whether it is a grading job or a drain job
Water standing in a yard can be fixed with a regrade, a French drain or both. We tell you which, and why. Standing water, explained.
Why gravel drives wash out
Thin base, no crown and no ditch. More stone on top does not fix it for long. What stops the washouts.
When a permit comes into it
In South Carolina, disturbing an acre or more generally needs stormwater permit coverage, the counties run their own land development rules, and a new drive onto a state road needs an SCDOT encroachment permit. We tell you up front. More on grading.
Where the price moves
Size, access, how thick the growth is, how much dirt moves and what has to be hauled off. The cost guides show the ranges. Start with land clearing cost.
